Thomas H. Wilde
(Active) Chairman of the Board
Tom has dedicated much of his life to building and growing the family business. He joined his father in the family business in 1955 and was appointed president in 1971, a position he held for 27 years. Tom earned his business degree at Babson College. He is nationally recognized as an expert in the direct marketing field and in 1998 was the recipient of the United States Postal Service's Award for Industry Excellence. He has served as President of the New England Chapter of Mail and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), Director of MFSA National, a Board member of Mail and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), a member of New England Direct Mail Association (NEDMA), a member of MFSA's Volume Mailers Group and was named Direct Marketer of the Year in 1987.

Thomas A. Wilde
President and CEO
Thomas A. Wilde is W.A. Wilde’s sixth President and the fifth Wilde generation to hold this position in the company’s 138-year history. During his 25+ years at Wilde, Tom has been involved in all aspects of direct marketing and response management and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the industry through hands-on experience in strategic marketing, planning/production for direct mail and fulfillment, client service, sales and marketing, results analysis and database marketing.
As President and CEO, Tom is chiefly responsible for providing company leadership, operational oversight for Wilde’s three facilities, and fiscal oversight for Wilde and its subsidiary, L.W. Robbins Associates. Tom sets the company’s strategic direction and perpetuates the spirit of the organization and its mission of providing advanced solutions in direct mail and fulfillment and best-in-class delivery systems as a recognized industry leader. Positions held prior to his 1998 appointment as President included Client Service Director, Vice President and General Manager of Database and Response Fulfillment Services, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, roles that were formative in shaping Tom’s client-focused approach to directing company programs and initiatives.
Tom holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College, and is a regularly requested presenter and committee member within the direct marketing and fulfillment industry.
Tom is a Board Member of the Mail & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), he is a chair of the Fulfillment committee of the MFSA, and also a past president of the New England chapter. Tom is a member of the Volume Mailers Group, MFSA as well as a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), USPS Postal Customer Council and a Trustee of Dean College in Franklin, MA.

Bill Nethercote
Chief Operating Officer
In January 2005, Bill Nethercote joined Wilde as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Sales, Business Development and Operations across all Wilde facilities. With industry experience spanning two decades, Bill has led all aspects of a direct marketing organization-from sales, strategy, creative and account management to database systems development and the full range of lettershop production services, including data processing, personalization and print procurement. As COO, Bill is focused on continued business growth and development through systems automation, technology-based solutions, on-going process improvement, and enhanced quality and client-service methodologies.
Prior to joining W.A. Wilde, Bill served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing, where he oversaw operations of the Braintree, MA and San Diego, CA facilities. Bill holds a BS in Marketing from University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from Babson College.

Albert E. Turcotte, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Al joined Wilde in June of 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the company's Executive Management Committee. He leads all financial areas critical to Wilde's operations, including internal and external reporting, cash management, billing, budgeting, payroll, and the management of all financial initiatives. Prior to joining Wilde, Al held senior financial positions at a number of national companies, including consumer direct mail retailer Potpourri Holdings, Inc., Street Cars, Inc., an importer and national distributor of footwear, and Hasbro, Inc., a world leader in the toy industry.
A Certified Public Accountant, Al holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Bryant College, along with a BS in Business Administration from the same institution. His professional memberships include both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Brent Tartar
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Recently promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing, Brent Tartar joined W.A. Wilde Company as vice president of national sales in January 2005. As the lead of the company’s sales effort, Tartar is developing and implementing a national sales strategy focused on expanding Wilde’s geographic and vertical market reach. Tartar brings more than 16 years of experience in providing solutions to customers in the service categories of fulfillment, direct mail, database management, and telemarketing. His experience extends across a wide range of vertical markets in both BtoB, BtoC, and non- profit environments. Prior to joining Wilde, Tartar was the vice president of sales for Aero Fulfillment, where he was responsible for corporate marketing, sales management, new business retention and acquisition, and sales expansion efforts. Under his tenure, Aero grew from $3 million to more than $20 million in sales, becoming a nationally recognized leader in the fulfillment industry with offices in the Midwest and the East Coast.
Tartar has had significant success in selling and managing relationships with many Fortune 1,000 customers including AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, Procter & Gamble, Old Mutual Life Insurance, CitiFinancial, Weyerhaueser, and others.

Jeff McFadden
Senior Vice President of Operations
In August of 2005, Jeff McFadden joined W.A. Wilde Company as senior vice president of operations. He has 20 years of operational and facility management experience across a broad spectrum of DM and distribution services. McFadden has been responsible for business units including; technical support, product development, print, in-line and traditional mailing production services, various personalization technologies, desktop, database, sales, customer service, quality assurance, logistics, estimating and procurement. Prior to joining Wilde, McFadden most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of TABS DIRECT in Houston, TX, which was a division of Grizzard Advertising under Omnicom’s Diversified Agency Services Group. Prior to TABS DIRECT, he was in operational management roles at Moore Response Marketing Services and UPS.
McFadden holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics with minors in Math and Computer Science from Loras College and a minor in Electronics Engineering from Moraine Valley Technical College. He also has formal print technical training from RIT, FOX Valley Technical Institute and OCE.

Rick Adams
Vice President of Corporate Integration
Rick has been contributing to Wilde's growth and success for over 30 years. He is an expert on the production parameters and requirements for all manners of direct mail and fulfillment programs from sophisticated personalized packages, to multi-component match mailings, to postal automation and bar coding.
Rick has served as president for the New England Chapter of MFSA and is a frequent speaker at MFSA conferences. He has been an active member of MFSA at both the local and national levels. Today, Rick oversees Wilde's ever-expanding corporate infrastructure and facilities.

Ted Kulpinski Vice President of Operations
Ted Kulpinski started his career at Wilde in 1993 directing the mail operation division of the company and has been the Vice President of Database and Fulfillment Services at Wilde since 1997. Today, he is responsible for not only operational departments like our Dynamic Document Creation, Telemarketing and Data Entry Departments but also assists in implementing technological solutions across the entire operational gambit. Ted is instrumental in Wilde’s Print on Demand offering and has lead the cut sheet laser operations (black and color). Ted has over 25 years of production experience in the printing and mailing industries. Prior to joining Wilde, Ted provided both Regional Plant Production Management and Corporate Scheduling for NEBS, Inc. He graduated from New England College (1974) in Henniker, NH with a B.A. in Business Management.
Ted has served as co-chair for the Manchester, NH Postal Customer Council; and was President of the New England Chapter of MFSA from January 2005 - December 2006. He has also served as a member of the Technology Committee for MFSA. He is now a Board Member of the New England Chapter of MFSA as well as a member of the Chapter Development Committee at the National Level of MFSA.

Gina Sandate
Vice President of Organizational Development and Quality Assurance
In August 2005, Gina Sandate joined W.A. Wilde Company as vice president of organizational development and quality assurance, responsible for centralizing and formalizing Wilde’s quality assurance objectives. Sandate has more than 14 years experience in a multitude of direct marketing organizations from developing quality assurance initiatives, leading account services groups, to instituting organizational structure and strategies as a director of organizational development in her field. As vice president of organizational development and quality assurance, Sandate is focused on continual process improvement through analysis of current procedures, partnering with Wilde’s clients and managers to bring strategic quality assurance direction, as well as training Wilde’s associates to be empowered through flawless execution.
Prior to joining Wilde, Sandate served as director of account services and director of organizational development at Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing. She managed the account team and worked closely with company management in all quality assurance, human resources and human development initiatives in the Braintree, MA and San Diego, CA facilities. Sandate holds a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Concordia in Montreal, Canada.
