Production Coordinator - LWRA
Manage LWRA client projects effectively from planning to delivery. Act as liaison between internal LWRA
departments along with inter-company personnel and suppliers. Candidate will interpret and compose job orders
for data processing, mailing and print purchasing based on project needs/input. Interact daily with various
internal departments and suppliers for scheduling, quality control and monitoring of projects to ensure project
needs are met in a timely and profitable manner while ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of data processing
and mailing industry necessary.

Account Executive - LWRA
In the position of Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting
all aspects of the acquisition and renewal campaigns for assigned non-profit
clients. You will support the Client Services team in a number of ways,
including management of mail schedules, postal permits, client SOPs, table
maintenance, postage requirements, oversight of billing, etc. You will be in
regular contact with your Client Services Team colleagues to raise issues
related to your area of responsibility.

The role of the Account Supervisor is one of management and leadership. It also requires an
entrepreneurial mindset given the dynamic environment of Wilde Direct. In part leadership means
taking “ownership” of the accounts both externally (in terms of the client relationship) and
internally (in terms of effectively managing the cross-functional team).

Account Coordinator - LWRA
The Account Coordinator role is an entry level client service position with multiple areas of responsibility.
They include, but are not limited to; Scheduling, Creative, Letter Programming, and Production. This
candidate will create and maintain mail schedules (based on strategic plan handed off by senior leader on
account) monitor schedule, facilitate hand-offs, communicate changes, and trouble shoot.

Mac Production Artist – Wilde Agency
This candidate will serve as junior graphic designer on applicable client projects. Must be able to interpret Mac-based
graphic layouts into print-ready mechanicals and build print-ready mechanicals “from scratch”, make AA’s to existing
mechanicals and do Illustrator/Photoshop manipulation of type/graphics as necessary to refine preliminary concepts
into finished, print-ready files. You will also issue insertion orders to media publications, review and reconcile
media invoices and keep accurate media schedules and budgets. You will be the primary contact for media reps to provide
updated rate information and samples as well as the liaison with account teams to ensure that ad materials are sent to
the publications. Must have a high degree of proficiency in managing art files at all stages of production.

Account Supervisor - LWRA
In this position you will participate in managing a large, non-profit Direct Response relationship. This position requires 5 – 7 years of experience
in Direct Response production, analysis, and strategic planning. Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, strong interpersonal and
problem-solving skills as well as comprehensive written and oral presentation skills required.

Postal Coordinator
The Postal Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and analyzing all postal
documentation as required & assist in the job close-out process. This candidate will
verify counts and metered & stamped postage used, close communication with the post
office to resolve issues & be responsible for balancing postage by job prior to billing.

Print Room Operator – 200 SMST 2nd shift 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
This candidate must be a motivated, detail oriented self starter with basic PC skills. You will be responsible for
maintaining Q.C. logs and placing service calls on equipment as needed. Must have the ability to move rolls of paper
using Print Room Equipment and lift 20 – 25 lbs as required. You will also be cross-trained to work in other departments as needed.

Bindery Operator – 200 SMST
Manage Burster Machine by inserting continuous form paper, cutting trim, and separating into individual sheets.
Prepare stock from burster for folder and inserters, also know how jobs will be folded.
Professionally operate a folder and complete all work assignments within allotted time
