Chairman of the Board

Tom has dedicated much of his life to building and growing the family business. He joined his father in the family business in 1955 and was appointed president in 1971, a position he held for 27 years. Tom earned his business degree at Babson College. He is nationally recognized as an expert in the direct marketing field and in 1998 was the recipient of the United States Postal Service's Award for Industry Excellence. He has served as President of the New England Chapter of Mail and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), Director of MFSA National, a Board member of Mail and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA), a member of New England Direct Mail Association (NEDMA), a member of MFSA's Volume Mailers Group and was named Direct Marketer of the Year in 1987.

Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman

Thomas A. Wilde is W.A. Wilde's sixth President - and the fifth Wilde generation to hold this position in the company's 141-year history. During his 25+ years at Wilde, Tom has been involved in all aspects of direct marketing and response management and has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the industry through hands-on experience in strategic marketing, planning/production for direct mail and fulfillment, client service, sales and marketing, results analysis and database marketing.

Tom is chiefly responsible for providing company leadership, operational oversight for Wilde's three facilities, and fiscal oversight for Wilde and its subsidiary, L.W. Robbins Associates. Tom sets the company's strategic direction and perpetuates the spirit of the organization and its mission of providing advanced solutions in direct mail and fulfillment and best-in-class delivery systems as a recognized industry leader. Positions held prior to his 1998 appointment as President included Client Service Director, Vice President and General Manager of Database and Response Fulfillment Services, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, roles that were formative in shaping Tom's client-focused approach to directing company programs and initiatives.

Tom holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College, and is a regularly requested presenter and committee member within the direct marketing and fulfillment industry.

Tom is a Board Member of the Mail & Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), he is a chair of the Fulfillment committee of the MFSA, and also a past president of the New England chapter. Tom is a member of the Volume Mailers Group, MFSA as well as a member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), USPS Postal Customer Council and a Trustee of Dean College in Franklin, MA.

President

In December 2008, Ed joined Wilde as President responsible for delivering on the overall strategic plan of the business as well as executing to that plan, Sales, Business Development and Operations across all Wilde companies. As President, Ed is focused on continued business growth and development through sound planning and execution in support of customer needs.

Ed has over 30 years of business experience with more than 20 years in the Printing, Imaging and Document Management sectors within both manufacturing and service businesses. Ed has spent more than 12 years in the CEO-Level role for public and private companies in the technology sector. He has worked for fortune 500 companies and small to mid-cap companies as well.

Ed was a Founder, President and CEO of the industry leader in On-Demand Delivery Services (hardcopy and e-books) to the Book Publishing Industry. Ed received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Temple University and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Drexel University. He is a current or former board member of several non-profit organizations including; the Electronic Document Systems Foundation (EDSF), New York University's Graphic Communications Advisory Board, the Boys and Girls Club in New Hampshire, and the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation (GATF). He is a published author of a book titled The Loyalty Payoff, and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences.

Chief Financial Officer

Al joined Wilde in June of 2004 as Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the company's Executive Management Committee. He leads all financial areas critical to Wilde's operations, including internal and external reporting, cash management, billing, budgeting, payroll, and the management of all financial initiatives. Prior to joining Wilde, Al held senior financial positions at a number of national companies, including consumer direct mail retailer Potpourri Holdings, Inc., Street Cars, Inc., an importer and national distributor of footwear, and Hasbro, Inc., a world leader in the toy industry.

A Certified Public Accountant, Al holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Bryant College, along with a BS in Business Administration from the same institution. His professional memberships include both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Emile Tabassi

Senior Vice President of Sales

Emile Tabassi joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Sales in January of 2009, where he leads a continent-wide sales and customer support organization. Mr. Tabassi has enjoyed a steady progression of responsibility and success during a distinguished career with global companies. Prior to joining Wilde, Mr. Tabassi was employed as Vice President, North America Sales at Presstek, Inc., a leading supplier of technology based digital imaging solutions to the graphic arts industry. Mr. Tabassi has over 30 years of senior sales and marketing experience in the graphic arts industry, consisting of three years with, Presstek, Inc., three years with Hewlett-Packard Company, three years with Indigo, and 22 years at Agfa-Gevaert Group. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

Jeff McFadden

Senior Vice President of Operations

In August of 2005, Jeff McFadden joined Company as senior vice president of operations. He has 20 years of operational and facility management experience across a broad spectrum of DM and distribution services. McFadden has been responsible for business units including; technical support, product development, print, in-line and traditional mailing production services, various personalization technologies, desktop, database, sales, customer service, quality assurance, logistics, estimating and procurement. Prior to joining Wilde, McFadden most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of TABS DIRECT in Houston, TX, which was a division of Grizzard Advertising under Omnicom's Diversified Agency Services Group. Prior to TABS DIRECT, he was in operational management roles at Moore Response Marketing Services and UPS.

McFadden holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics with minors in Math and Computer Science from Loras College and a minor in Electronics Engineering from Moraine Valley Technical College. He also has formal print technical training from RIT, FOX Valley Technical Institute and OCE.

Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Klaus R. Schleicher, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at W.A. Wilde, is responsible for the strategic direction of Wilde information systems, regulatory compliance and technology infrastructure. Prior to joining Wilde in March 2009 Klaus was the General Manager Digital Printing (GM) at Presstek Inc., a US manufacturer of digital printing, computer-to-plate and print media solutions, where he drove the Digital Printing Business unit's growth and expansion. He joined Presstek in July of 2006 as the Director of International Business Development growing Presstek's international business expansion in Europe, Asia-Pacific and South America.

Prior to joining Presstek he was the Vice President of Technical Sales and Engineering for CONSUL Risk Management B.V. (IBM), a Dutch software firm recognized by Forrester Research as a leader in Security Information Management, where he was responsible for strategic business and product development including Sales, Marketing and customer support operations. During his tenure at CONSUL risk management, Schleicher was nationally recognized as an information security thought leader and advisor for Fortune 500 companies. Consul was sold in 2006 to IBM Corporation with positive outcome for investors, founders and employees.

Previously, Klaus was the Director of Product Management at Lernout & Hauspie (Nuance), a worldwide developer of speech, language and artificial intelligence solutions. He conceptualized and created the first voice enabled intelligent user interface defining new markets and applications for existing and future technologies.

He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Technical University of Giessen in Germany.

Rick Adams

Vice President of Corporate Integration

Rick has been contributing to Wilde's growth and success for over 30 years. He is an expert on the production parameters and requirements for all manners of direct mail and fulfillment programs from sophisticated personalized packages, to multi-component match mailings, to postal automation and bar coding.

Rick has served as president for the New England Chapter of MFSA and is a frequent speaker at MFSA conferences. He has been an active member of MFSA at both the local and national levels. Today, Rick oversees Wilde's ever-expanding corporate infrastructure and facilities.

Ted Kulpinski

Vice President of Operations

Ted Kulpinski started his career at Wilde in 1993 directing the mail operation division of the company and has been the Vice President of Database and Fulfillment Services at Wilde since 1997. Today, he is responsible for not only operational departments like our Dynamic Document Creation, Telemarketing and Data Entry Departments but also assists in implementing technological solutions across the entire operational gambit. Ted is instrumental in Wilde's Print on Demand offering and has led the cut sheet laser operations (black and color). Ted has over 25 years of production experience in the printing and mailing industries. Prior to joining Wilde, Ted provided both Regional Plant Production Management and Corporate Scheduling for NEBS, Inc. He graduated from New England College (1974) in Henniker, NH with a B.A. in Business Management.

Julie Sullivan

Vice President, Marketing

Julie joined the Wilde Agency in 2006 as VP of Account Management. Since then, she has stepped into an expanded role as VP of Marketing for the Wilde Company. In this capacity, she has led the development of Wilde's go-to-market strategy and ensures that our solutions continue to answer the evolving needs of our customers.

Prior to becoming part of the Wilde team, Julie worked at LoJack where she led all branding and marketing efforts for the introduction of LoJack for Motorcycles, the first new channel expansion for LoJack Corporation in over 20 years. In addition, she spearheaded B2B and B2C cross-channel marketing strategies that helped promote LoJack to dealers and their customers.

Julie also draws from her 15+ years of experience in multi-discipline marketing roles at Commerce.TV, toysmart.com, and Ingalls Advertising, and The May Company.

As President/CEO of Wilde Agency, Neal draws upon more than twenty-five years of expertise in building brands and businesses. In this role, he leads a team that consistently designs and executes innovative, ROI-delivering direct marketing solutions.

A classically trained marketer, Neal cut his teeth on key sales and executive marketing roles at leading consumer packaging goods organizations. He has also been a successful entrepreneur and independent business consultant specializing in, among other disciplines, cross-channel marketing.
