Cold Town House is a rooftop terrace with front seat views of Edinburgh Castle and a bar disguised as a vintage Nissan van. Smack bang in the city centre, just a 15 minute walk from Wilde Grassmarket, you’ll come across a city garden covered in flowers complete with outdoor heaters and giant umbrellas. They’ve reinvented street food with build your own sharing boards, bao boxes and smores. Try one (or 3) of their famous cocktails, the pornstar martini is served in a literal disco ball.
