To ensure your pet has the most delightful stay possible with us, we have curated bespoke Paw Experience Guides, unique to each of our aparthotels. From parks and green spaces for your pooch to potter, to pubs and restaurants where they'll be welcomed with open arms, you'll find it all in our Paw Experience Guides as part of your Paw Package when you check in.

Some Ground Rules
There is a limit of 1 dog per room. If your dog is accompanying you during your stay, there is a cost of £20/€20 per night for stays of 7-28 nights and £8/€8 per night for stays of 29 nights or more. There is also a once-off cleaning fee of £50/€50. There is no charge or minimum stay for assistance dogs.
There is a weight limit of 20kgs/44lbs. Dogs above this limit are not permitted, except for assistance dogs.
A minimum stay of 7 nights applies for guests that wish to bring their dog.
You’ll receive a pet information pack upon check in complete with food and water bowls, a dog bed, treats and more.
Dogs must be well-behaved and non-aggressive, always under the owner’s control.
Dogs must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in all public areas at all times (dogs are allowed in bars and lobbies but not in restaurants).
Guests must ensure dogs being left alone in the room are comfortable and crated if necessary. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room at night.
Housecleaning services will only be provided when the dog is not in the room.
Acceptance of a dog on any booking is at the discretion of the General Manager. We do not accept any other animals.
Disruptive behavior may be grounds for termination of your stay without a refund.
Guests are responsible for any pet related injuries or damage caused by their dogs.
Any damage to the room or deep cleaning required will be charged to the guest on departure, as applicable.
