It’s hard to get more central than this! We are located on Middlesex Street, just a 5 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station. We’re a 10-minute walk from Shoreditch and just 5 minutes from Spitalfields, with its bustling streets, bars, restaurants, galleries and market stalls. Located in the heart of ‘The City’, London’s top tourist attractions such as the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s Cathedral are all within striking distance too.

We do! Our offering covers breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and has been designed by a nutritionally-trained chef. Created to champion sustainability and celebrate our neighbourhood (70% of the menu is locally sourced), big flavours and delicious food remain the focus. Of course, we cater to all dietary requirements, too. The drinks list showcases our favourite gins, locally brewed beers, biodynamic wines and a plethora of energising alcohol-free options. There’s also a self-service shop open 24/7, 365, selling carefully curated snacks, groceries and local produce for you to cook in your apartment. There is even a selection of hand-prepared dine-in dishes and desserts if you don't feel like cooking up a storm yourself.

We want you to feel right at home with us, with the space and privacy to unwind. If you’re staying for a week or more, your apartment will be cleaned on the fourth day, and once a week thereafter. Your room has everything you need to keep your space spic and span, and of course additional cleans can be arranged for a small fee (€/£20 for studios, €/£25 for one-bedroom apartments, €/£35 for two-bedroom apartments, €/£40 for three-bedroom apartments and €/£45 for four-bedroom apartments). The team are also happy to provide extra towels and any essentials you need. If you’d like us to collect your rubbish, simply hang the rubbish collection hanger on your door.

While we do not have a fitness room here, we do have a partnership with 24N Fitness. Just a 3 minute walk away, our guests can use this gym for a nominal fee. Offering a wide range of class such as strength and conditioning, HYROX and Crossfit, there’s something for everyone.

Yes, we provide shower gel, soap, body moisturiser, shampoo, and conditioner from the Handmade Soap Company, Ireland.

We don't like to wag our fingers, so we'll get this over quickly. No smoking in rooms or communal areas, and no events or parties. Double denim is, however, very much encouraged. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

Flexibility is the spice of life, which is why we offer fully flexible rates that allow you to cancel for free anytime until 3pm the day before. We also offer semi-flexible rates that mean you can cancel for free up to 3 days before your arrive, and still stay in our good books.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
