Just a stone’s throw away, Petticoat Lane Market is famous for nabbing a bargain, particularly in clothing and textiles. Fancy a little insider’s advice? Visit Petticoat Lane on a Sunday morning for the full experience, when the market is at its liveliest. Drop by Spitalfields Market on a Thursday for the antiques market, or on Sundays for a bustling mix of vintage clothing, handmade crafts, and street food.

Shoreditch, located just a ten minute walk from our Liverpool Street aparthotel, is known for its relaxed vibe, creativity, and vibrant street art scene. Duck & Waffle, located on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower, offers a unique dining experience with panoramic views of the city. For a more laid-back meal, head to The Breakfast Club in Spitalfields for hearty food in a retro setting. Despite the name, they serve delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner and are an ideal spot if comfort food is your thing. Club Mexicana is a wonderfully lively spot for mouth-watering vegan Mexican food and frozen margaritas. Don’t miss the curry houses of Brick Lane too, just a short walk away, where you can enjoy some of the best Indian food in the city.

Liverpool Street Station is more than just a gateway to London—it’s a historic landmark in its own right. First opened in 1874, this Victorian-era station is one of the busiest in the entire city, serving millions of passengers every year.
